My Story (and Why This Matters for You)
In 2018, I went into a psychedelic session completely unprepared — and spent hours trapped in a loop of my hardest memories with no way out.
I had done yoga for a decade. I meditated. I was curious and open and ready. I thought the medicine would do the work for me.
I was wrong.
For years afterward, I couldn't understand why my experience had gone so sideways. I had done everything right — except the one thing that actually mattered.
Then I found it: I had walked in with no intention. No direction. No framework for my subconscious to follow. And because I gave it no destination, it went exactly where it wanted — straight into every hard thing I had ever experienced, with no tools for processing any of it.
That one experience sent me on a four-year deep dive into the science of psychedelics, neuroplasticity, and subconscious reprogramming. What I discovered changed everything:
